Recently redecorated, this apartment of 53m² is composed of an entryway with a hanging closet, an equiped kitchen open to a spacious livingroom, a bedroom with queensize bed and a spacious bathroom.
La Tourelle can welcome up to 4 people thanks to a convertible couch in the livingroom.
The La Tourelle apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator and can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to a sofa bed in the living room.
Equipments include : - Furnished linen (bed sheets, towels and kitchen towels) and made beds upon arrival - Products such as salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, ... - Equiped kitchen (Traditionel oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle) - Washing machine, iron, hair dryer - The street is currently under construction You will be welcome by our Cocoonr team, who will show you the apartment upon arrival.
Flexible reception for your comfort: You have the option of being physically greeted by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in “ready-to-live-in” rentals, or opting to arrive on your own.
In both cases, access to the accommodation is possible from 4pm.
If you choose autonomous arrival, please note that the keys are kept in a code-secured area located 250 meters from the accommodation, about a 3-minute walk.

The apartment was great, clean and comfortable. However, the coffee machine didn’t work, and the two flights up to the apartment were narrow and a little rickety. Luckily my husband and I could bring our luggage up with some difficulty, but anyone who has any mobility issues or isn’t very strong might have some difficulties.

notre séjour s'est impeccablement déroulé, le logement a largement participé à cette belle découverte de la ville de Rennes.
l'accueil était parfait tout comme la réactivité et la disponibilité de l'équipe.
et même si la rue était parfois bruyante, tout le reste nous le fait rapidement oublier.

Ingen hiss, smal brant trappa, 2 våningar.
Saknade diskmaskin.
