When it's too hot, rest inside to enjoy the refreshing air conditioning. The rooms and bathrooms of this holiday paradise are distributed as follows: Bedroom 1: Large double bed Bedroom 2: Trundle Bed Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (one of them is located on the private mezzanine of your child, accessible with a ladder). The bed dimensions are as follows: 100x200 cm for single beds and 150x200 cm for double beds. Walking distance from the village centre with all amenities, including restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Distances: Beach: 15 km Barcelona: 80 km Supermarket: 1.4 km Station: 3.4 km Shops: 1.6 km Swimming pool size: 7 m x 4 m Minimum pool depth: 1.2 m Maximum pool depth: 1.9 m ------------------------------------------------ Catalunya Casas specialises in renting family villas (with swimming pool and garden!), carefully selected and exclusively managed, in Majorca, Ibiza and the Barcelona region.
Our holiday rentals are close enough to tourist "meccas" to enjoy all the advantages these areas have to offer, whilst remaining off the beaten track where our clients have the opportunity to enjoy and discover the real Catalonia/Spain. Please note that we offer a variety of optional services for your convenience and holiday pleasure.
Below you will find some options that can be booked for an additional charge after confirmation of your booking: Dining at the villa (paella, tapas, Spanish barbecue) Flamenco lesson Tastings in the villa of local cheeses, wines, cavas, chocolate, charcuterie Airport transfer Car hire Towels and sheets (they are not included in your booking fees and are charged at 10 euros per person per set of sheets and 5 euros per person per set of towels) Excursions / Tours Massage Horse riding Air Conditioning / Heating (if available). Baby bed / high chair Welcome pack (filled with delicious local products) Do not hesitate to ask for more information about any of the above items! -------------------------------------------------- *This property does not accept groups under 30 years old. La villa est superbe, bien située et très bien équipée. L'extérieur est très agréable avec sa piscine bien exposée tout au long de la journée. L'équipe de catalunyacasas est très reactive et aux petits soins, ils ont répondu à toutes mes demandes très rapidement. Je recommande à 100% leurs services.

Everything was nice at the house. The only thing is that we payed 2x20 euro to enter the house at 3pm, but when we arrived at 3.45 the cleaning wasn’t finished and she said she expeced us at 4pm. So why should we pay 20 euro from 3-4?
