Our stone flat located in the city centre is just a 7-minute walk from Trindade metro station.
Excellent Internet Connection: Recommended for Digital Nomads and Smartworkers, for long-stays too.

THE SPACE
Set in a completely renovated 19th century stone house, the studio has a beautiful 70m2 garden perfect for enjoying a relaxed and private moment in the city centre. It has a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a multifunctional table for working or having a good meal.
The garden is shared with 1 flat in the same building.
To get to this flat, you will need to climb the stairs, as there is no lift.
The house is equipped with
Fridge, Freezer, Crockery, Coffee Machine, Oven, Electric Kettle, Microwave, Toaster, Iron and Hairdryer.

-Free Wi-Fi (Internet speed: 500 mb/s)
-Smart TV 4k with access to the Netflix app.
-Towels and bed linen are provided at the start of your stay. If you want extra cleaning and a change of towels and bed linen, we have a price list available.
-50% discount on cleaning and/or change of towels and bed linen, for guests staying a minimum of 17 nights.
-Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
-Child friendly
-Air conditioning available to heat and cool the flat, helping on cold and hot days.
