* The living area (1st floor) offers a fully equipped kitchen with all the needed amenities a modern guest needs (Microwave oven, a Kettle, Coffee machine (Coffee Filter Packs), a toaster,...), a dining table for 6 people, a TV, an Air-condition, a sofa that can open into a sofa bed, there is also a family bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The indoor and outdoor staircase takes you to the bedroom on the ground floor)
In front of the living room is a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area and a barbecue (woods and charcoal). The living area is approached from the parking lot with the outdoor staircase.
* The bedroom area (ground floor) offers a king size bed 180cm x 200cm, a sofa that can convert into a sofa bed 160cmx200cm), an air-conditioner, a TV, and a bathroom with a shower. The views on the sea and the grassplot with a pine tree.
* The pool area (lower ground floor) offers a private and heated swimming pool 5,2m x 3m with the no-Chlorine system, the sen deck area with 4 deck chairs and sun-umbrella, and a coffee table with 6 chairs if you want to have a perfect spot for enjoying the sunsets from this position.
