Nice two bedroom flat, simple but with everything you need, in a building in the centre of Palma; Perfectly located in a lively area in the urban area but with the tranquility of being on a street with little traffic, it has views from the balcony and plenty of light thanks to the three large windows available.
You will find an equipped kitchen (with hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and washing machine) and a newly renovated bathroom with shower. Then you have two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds); in the dining room you have several sofas and armchairs as well as a dining table; television and free access to WIFI.
The only small downside of this flat is that it is located on the 3rd floor. It will take a little effort to get you to a unique place in the city (VERY IMPORTANT WITHOUT Elevator!).
The flat is located in the heart of a trendy neighbourhood in Palma, Sa Gerreria, a neighbourhood with many essences with all kinds of bars, restaurants, shops and urban art. You don't have to worry about noise or anything like that, as you are in a very quiet street, you can relax away from the hustle and bustle of the cities while having all the comforts at street level. Located 250 metres from Plaça de Cort and Plaça Major and just 800 metres from Plaça d'Espanya, where most public transport is centralised (train from Sóller, bus to the airport, buses to all destinations on the island).
Note: During your stay, a deposit of 250 &euros; will be retained.
Rules:
-It is totally forbidden to smoke on the property. You can smoke on any of the terraces, always being careful with butts.
-Please keep the flat tidy and clean.
-Please respect the common areas: Stairs and corridors, keep them clean and walk through them in silence.
Any excessive NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In case of complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or disruptive behaviour of people in his group, the owner has the right to exclude the client and all guests from the flat, whether it is day or night and without any return of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit.

"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as pleasant and safe as possible. The entire facility is private and you will have no direct contact with anyone during your entire stay as there are no common areas.
