You will also enjoy a balcony overlooking the courtyard of the residence. Sheets are not included in the accommodation but can be provided for an additional charge of €10.00 to €22.00 per set depending on the size of the bedding. Bath towels are not included in the accommodation and cannot be provided. Pets are not allowed. Cleaning fees are included in the accommodation price. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €750.00 (paid by bank imprint, not debited from your account) will be required.
