In a brand new residential area of Tréveiln, this attractive contemporary house, bright, spacious and on one level...will be a great address to book for a stay on the Pink Granite Coast, just 1 km from the sea. The 75 m² terrace facing south will be ideal for relaxation and outdoor dining: everything has been planned: barbecue and deckchairs... You will be spoiled for choice to discover the region.
If you like the sea and lazing around, then you will appreciate the beach of Kériec just 1 km away: it is a beautiful family beach, relatively wild where you can go fishing on foot.
If you prefer more lively atmospheres, then you will orient yourself towards the beach of Trestel, bordered by the GR34: hikers will be delighted: very beautiful panoramas in perspective. 13 km from Perros Guirec, Lannion and Tréguier (pretty town with character).

Accueil chaleureux,tranquillité environnement agréable séjour dans cette maison très bien équipée et très lumineuse.Le petit plus de la part des propriétaires,un regal.Tres belle région ,seul bémol,la plage à pieds avec poussette bébé trop loin.Tres satisfaits.
