The building is 150 metres from the beach, with no road to cross: direct access to the Marcel Proust promenade which runs alongside the beach and leads quickly to the casino and the town centre. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants (particularly along the Marcel Proust promenade), bars, markets, etc. The Thalazur thalassotherapy centre also adjoins the residence.
