Located on the ground floor, this studio cabin measuring approximately 30 m² comprises a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a cabin with a double bed.
The residence is located halfway between the village of Praz Sur Arly (approximately 300 metres on foot) and the ski slopes (approximately 600 metres). The new swimming lake, open in summer, is only 450 metres from this holiday rental.
The rental benefits from an outdoor parking space and a private ski locker.
You will also have access to an enclosed outdoor area with garden furniture. End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included. Additional services subject to availability: End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towel pack, Wi-Fi box, baby kit, kitchen linen. Please note that a deposit will be required upon arrival. Le logement est très bien situé et bien équipé mis à part quelques petites choses ; couverts d’un autre temps dans la cuisine, une seule poêle et une seule casserole, pas de passoire… quelques détails qui peuvent être facilement corrigés.
