Villa Bendinat 10 - by Priority (tourist licence number ETV15389), is a picturesque holiday villa with swimming pool and exceptional sea views, where you can rest your eyes from the terrace. Adapted for handicapped persons.



The spacious property consists of a swimming pool surrounded by palm trees, covered terrace and garden, and the villa is particularly bright, tastefully decorated and cosy.


Up to 8 guests can be accommodated in the 4 bedrooms of the two-storey villa with lift.

You will be able to soak in a Jacuzzi and enjoy four bathrooms, two of which have a bathtub and two have a shower.

You will find everything you need to feel at home: high speed WiFi and televisions, air conditioning, central heating, parking for three cars, barbecue facilities, washing machine, hairdryer.


The kitchen has gas and induction, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juice squeezer.



Bendinat is a residential area, 10 minutes drive from Palma, the ideal place for those looking for a place of tranquillity and rest. Moreover, it is a perfect starting point to go to the beach bordering the turquoise sea, to the Bendinat golf course or to Marineland, and many more. Do not hesitate to ask for recommendations.



*If the energy consumption is excessive (more than 20L of gasoil/day) a supplement for excessive energy use will be requested.



Rules

-Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property, in case of non-compliance you will be penalized.



-Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa.



-Guests are obliged to take care of the rubbish generated during their stay, depositing it in the containers or collection points established before the end of their stay.



-The air conditioning and heating must be used responsibly, turning them off when not inside the villa



Any excessive noise, loud music and parties are strictly forbidden! In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or disturbing behaviour by any person in your party, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the flat regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking, keeping also the deposit.






Reservation Conditions

- Visitors must pay a deposit at the time of arrival of 1000,00 Euros (by bank transfer), it will be refunded after departure.



- Tourist Tax: 2,2€/adult/night to be paid on arrival in cash.



"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all the protocols of professional cleaning and prevention to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The whole establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, as it has no common areas.
