Welcome to your holiday oasis on the Mediterranean coast.


Villa Arenja is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the La Sella urbanisation and offers fantastic views over Denia, the coast and, on clear days, as far as Valencia.

The upper apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which is en suite). In the upper flat there are two double beds (1.60mx1.90m each) and two single beds measuring 0.90mx2.00m.


A staircase leads down to the fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob) and the dining area. Half a floor further down is the living room with panoramic windows and a fireplace for the cooler days of the year.


Both the living room and the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.


There is also a small outdoor kitchen (induction hob) with a brick barbecue by the 4m x 8m pool. The unobstructed views of the coastline can be savoured from the sun loungers and the terrace table.


In addition to an outdoor shower right next to the pool, you also have access to a small toilet and the washing machine.


So everything is at your disposal for an all-round wonderful holiday.



The rental price includes electricity consumption in accordance with the rental agreement. Any additional consumption will be charged separately.

A deposit will be charged prior to arrival, which will be refunded within 14 days of departure, provided no damage has occurred.

A cleaning fee will be charged, which is not included in the rental price. The cleaning costs for bed linen/towels are listed separately when booking.

From 1 July to 31 August each year, arrival and departure can only take place on a Saturday.

We ask for your understanding that we can only accept bookings that are made at least 7 days before arrival and where the minimum age is over 26 years.
