Close to the beach and the town, near the piazza and the fishing and yacht harbour on the Colico shore path with a beautiful view of the natural surroundings and impressive mountains. On the edge of the largest nature reserve in Lombardy, Pian di Spagna. Modern two-family house with entrance via the car park at the house. Enchanting mountain panorama on Monte Legnone; with green surroundings in a sunny position in the middle of life. The quality furnished holiday home is located at the end of a 30 m long residents' driveway.
The garden gate leads into the private furnished and fenced garden with lake view and to the garden-side entrance to the holiday home. With typical Italian neighbourhood: leisure and sports service providers, restaurants, cafés, wellness hotel and country houses - all within walking distance.
Long, shallow beach is about 70 metres away, with sports equipment rental such as surfboards, kiteboards, stand-up paddles, canoes, electric motorboats, motorboats etc.
Other beaches in the bay of Piona approx. 4 km away.

The garden-side entrance to the house leads into the hallway of the flat via its own gate-protected garden entrance on the lake side.
On the seaside, the hallway leads to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The spacious kitchen with dining table is located at the back in the direction of the garden, from here you can access the terrace.
From all rooms you have access to the garden.
A little extra for all music fans: There is even a piano in one of the bedrooms that you are welcome to play.
When renting both flats, there is a connecting door from the hallway to the staircase of the upper floor flat, which can be opened.
