Located on Route de la Pointe, halfway between the countryside and the seaside, this is a sought-after location for fishing enthusiasts. 2,800 meters from the town center and a swimming lake - 4,000 meters from the beach - This property comprises two independent houses, this one including: A living room with a TV, reversible air conditioning, and a sofa bed for 1 person, and a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, refrigerator, and microwave. - A bedroom with a double bed - A second bedroom with a double bed - A bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink - Two toilets - A washing machine - A sunny garden with garden furniture and barbecue - a very quiet location for a truly relaxing holiday.
