Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon über Eck, so das man tolle Ausblicke auf die Ostsee und die Promenade hat! Sie ist gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Wohnung ist modern, die Sanitäranlagen neu und schick, die Möblierung ohne Mängel, gut gepflegt!
