The house covers a living area of 94 m², featuring a large living and dining room with a fitted kitchen (refrigerator, hob, dishwasher), a cozy seating area with television and radio, as well as a wood-burning stove.
The entire cottage is heated by a gas heating system and a wood-burning stove, which also functions in winter. Our holiday home is located in a valley along with other holiday homes.
From there, you can directly access the surrounding hiking trails.
As soon as you leave the house, you are in the forest after just a few steps.
You reach the house via gravel, low-traffic country lanes.
Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the Sauerland forest and let the power of nature work its magic. Our leisure tips • Archery • Outdoor pool • Barbecuing • Indoor pool • Jogging • Campfire • Mountain biking • Nightlife • Cycling • Sledding • Swimming • Cross-country skiing • Bird watching • Hiking Guest Feedback: The holiday home is rather simply modern on the outside, but very cozily furnished on the inside.
Living-dining room with a Swedish stove and wingback chairs. Everything was available, including wood for cozy hours. The kitchen was fully equipped.
Tea, spices, mineral water, everything you might need could be used. We slept very well in the beds. They made a high-quality impression. We felt very comfortable. The landlord welcomed us very friendly. Everything was uncomplicated, and we could stay as long as we wanted on the day of departure. We would love to come back! ---------------------------------------- Rental conditions Deposit: 30% of the rental price upon booking Final payment: 4 weeks before arrival No security deposit Arrival time: from 3:00 PM at the earliest Departure: by 11:00 AM at the latest Payment options Bank transfer €1.50 tourist tax per day/person.

Very good
Leuk huisje met ruime slaapkamers en woonkamer. Erg rustig gelegen.
