Ground floor: - Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. - Bedroom with a queen-size bed (or two 80x200cm single beds) and private bathroom with shower. - Recreation room with foosball, darts, and a library area. - Separate toilet with a washbasin.
Upstairs: - Three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (or two 80x200cm single beds). - A bathroom with a bathtub and shower. - Separate toilet.
Outdoors: Garden + terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, awning, and swimming pool.
Private heated swimming pool with a dome.
Open from April 1st to September 30th.

Two private parking spaces are available in front of the house.

Superbe maison, toute neuve, spacieuse, bien équipée et bien decorée.La piscine est top, chauffée et on peut la laisser couverte et se baigner quelque soit le temps.La maison est bien placée, à quelques minutes à pieds des commerces, dans un charmant village.Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour en famille.

Maison très récente très bien aménagée et décorée. Elle dispose de tout le confort.Piscine parfaite et toujours chaude grâce au toit.Environnement paisible.Village proche de tous les centres d’intérêt.Que dire d’autre à part qu’elle est plus que parfaite pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis.

Superbe maison avec tout le confort associé.Seul regret... ne pas avoir rencontré les propriétaires... ni quiconque d'ailleurs, tout se fait par téléphone !Toutefois, une documentation appropriée est disponible dans un road book.Très bel endroit, nuits calmes et paisibles. Voisinage discret.N'hésitez pas à y passer des vacances entre amis.
