Roomy and cozy apartment of 177 sqm, located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift (there are some steps to access), able to accommodate up to 6 people.
The accommodation boasts an incredible sea view, and a wonderful view on Mount Erice and the Ligny Tower. The apartment enjoys a strategic location: 150 meters from the beach, in an area equipped with shops and services, such aspharmacy, supermarket and restaurant, ideal for a relaxing stay. The accommodation of 177sqm is located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift (some steps to access it). The inside is organized as follows: -BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, split A/C, balcony; -BEDROOM 2 with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, split A/C, balcony; -BEDROOM 3 with two single beds, A/C split and wardrobe; -LIVING ROOM with two sofas, dining table with chairs, split A/C, 40-inch TV, two accesses to the balcony; -KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), dining table with chairs, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, electric oven, juicer, kitchenware, wine glasses, access to the balcony; -BATHROOM 1 with raised shower, bidet and toilet; -BATHROOM 2 with raised shower, bidet and toilet; -3 BALCONIES. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi (fiber), soundproof windows, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, clothes stand, hair dryer, independent heating and heating by heat pumps. The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Trapani, equal to €3,00 per person per night of stay (5 nights maximum). We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Trapani Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
