The beautiful Villa Marina is located in the southern part of the island, very close to the capital Palma and always closer to the beach. It offers the perfect mix that our guests might be looking for: Visiting museums or historical monuments, learning about the history and culture of our beautiful and magical island, shopping ... On the other hand, you can enjoy sunny days swimming in the villa, away from the crowds and the crowds. Simply ideal for your dream holiday!
This house has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms and offers comfort for up to 8 guests due to its spaciousness and large areas, such as the garden. Wi-Fi is available in all areas.
The kitchen area is connected to both the dining area and the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances that our guests might need: such as dishwasher, washing machine, oven ...
The bedrooms have either a double bed or two single beds, all very comfortable to ensure a restful sleep or a good "siesta" for those who follow the Spanish lifestyle.
The bathrooms are spacious, one of them has a bathtub, the other has a shower. Bed linen, towels and hairdryer are also included.
The treasure of this house, however, is the huge relaxation area with private pool and backyard. Mediterranean nights are really pleasant when the high daytime temperatures drop, the atmosphere cools down and you can look up and see a firmament full of stars. It is an experience to enjoy dinner, cook on the barbecue or enjoy the beauty of the surroundings!
There are also sun loungers around the pool and a dining area with seating for 8 people. There is a table tennis table in the backyard for our guests to use.
Since we know how difficult it can be to park in the summer, our fantastic villa has a private car park for your use.
Damage deposit:
The deposit for damage to the property or loss of inventory will be refunded to you on departure or by bank transfer within 7 working days of your departure once we have verified that the property and inventory are in the same condition as they were delivered on your arrival. Should any damage or loss occur, we will deduct the required amount. In this case, you will receive a detailed statement of expenses.

The neighbourhood:For a beach holiday with everything you need right on your doorstep, Playa De Palma is a well-equipped resort with a beautiful sandy beach and just a short drive from the airport.
Playa de Palma is located in the middle of a long stretch of sandy coastline in the south of Mallorca, along with the neighbouring resorts of C'an Pastilla and El Arenal. This beach resort is located around 10 km from the capital Palma and is easily accessible from the airport. The transfer takes around 15 minutes.
The three resorts share a stunning stretch of beach - white sandy beaches line the coast for kilometres, and this is also the case at Playa de Palma. The beach here has Blue Flag status and is clean and safe, with a gentle slope into the warm, clear waters. There are numerous facilities, including sun loungers and parasols for hire, water sports and snack kiosks, known as balnearios, dotted around the bay. Here you can buy drinks and snacks as well as use showers and toilets.
From Playa de Palma there are good transport links to the neighbouring resorts of El Arenal to the east and C'an Pastilla to the west. The three resorts are connected by a wide, flat promenade and the resorts are quite close to each other so they almost seem to merge into one resort, so walking between them is not a problem. There is also a tourist mini-train that runs between the three resorts, making it easy to get around.
Located between El Arenal and Can Pastilla, Playa de Palma enjoys a good mix of international holidaymakers and is less geared towards one particular nationality (the other two resorts are favoured by German and British tourists respectively).
There are many bars, cafés and restaurants that serve a range of international cuisine and some that serve more traditional Spanish and Mallorcan dishes, tapas etc.. There are also many shops selling beachwear and accessories, holiday paraphernalia and souvenirs.
Playa de Palma is an ideal base for a beach holiday and offers numerous accommodation options, from budget to luxury. There are numerous supermarkets and reasonably priced eateries to complement the many self-catering facilities alongside four and five-star all-inclusive hotels.
Most of the resort's facilities, including hotels, are fairly close to the palm-fringed beach and the area is fairly flat, making it a very accessible resort for anyone with wheelchairs or pushchairs.
From Playa de Palma, it's just a short trip back to the city of Palma, the capital of Mallorca, which offers plenty of shopping and sightseeing opportunities. Buses run regularly throughout the day to the city of Palma.
