The 220 m² rental consists on the ground floor of a large living room with a lounge and fireplace offering a direct view of the Gulf, a living room and an equipped kitchen. On this same level, there is an office and a separate toilet.
The first floor consists of 4 beautiful bedrooms, 2 of which have a sea view: 2 bedrooms with 2 90X200 beds adjustable to 1X180 and two bedrooms with a 160X200 bed. You will find a bathroom with a view of the Gulf, two shower rooms, one of which has a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
The cottage is equipped with a connected speaker and a subscription to Canal channels.
Outdoors
Outside, you will enjoy a garden with a superb view, 3 terraces, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs as well as a private heated swimming pool, open from 01/06/23 to 15/09/23 (dimensions 8mx4m, depth 1.80m).

Super accueil et discrétion des propriétaires tout en restant disponibles.Merveilleux gîte, super équipé, lumineux.Agréables espaces pour 8 personnes adultes. Environnement paradisiaque.On ne se lasse pas du spectacle qu'offre la baie du Morbihan.Calme absolus et en même temps proche de tout.Bref : un séjour magnifique !

A spacious and comfortable gite in a quiet location. We enjoyed walks on the doorstep, being on the water (although only at very high tide) and in close proimity to the Atlantic close. We'd happily stay here again if back in the part of rance.
