The cottage is an apartment located on the 1st floor.
It offers you: - On the main level: a kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms (1 140x190 bed and 2 90x190 beds), a shower room and a separate toilet. - On the upper floor: a mezzanine hosting the living room and 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190). You will have a small balcony to have coffee.
You can enjoy the shared garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
Free and common parking 50 m from the cottage.
The gite is located in a house comprising the owners' accommodation on the ground floor and gite 56G23435 (6 people) upstairs.
In common with the other location: the garden and access to the cottage by an outside staircase.

Tous étaient parfait l'accueil, le logement c'était vraiment très sympa !Seul bémol au logement la proximité avec la route très passante, cependant moi et ma famille n'étions pas là pour rester dans le logement mais plutôt pour nous balader donc ça ne nous a pas vraiment dérangé.

Sehr netter Empfang durch unsere Gastgeber. Schöne großzügige Wohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist was man so braucht. Strand ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen.Alles war sehr sauber. Zudem war der Garten sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet.Trotz der Lage an der Hauptstraße war es sehr ruhig.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famulle à quiberon. Le gîte est très propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, ça a été un plaisir d echanger avec eux. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte.
