"SOUL Málaga City Apartment is a superior flat located in the centre of Málaga city. It has 2 double bedrooms, double sofa bed in the living room, 2 complete bathrooms, and maximum capacity for 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). The sofa bed can only be used by children, never adults. Reservations of 5 or 6 adults will not be accepted.




Located in a recently constructed building, with heated swimming pool on the rooftop (open all year round, except for the months of January and February for maintenance), common areas with amazing views of the Malaga skyline, being able to appreciate its Cathedral from the pool.




Comfortable and fully equipped accommodation, located first in the centre of the city of Malaga beach, overlooking the sea and the mountains.



It is located next to the central train station Maria Zambrano, a few minutes walk from the beaches and port. The train, bus, metro and commuter train stations are within walking distance. There are multiple supermarkets and shops in the immediate vicinity, as well as shopping centres. It is located in an ideal area for families and couples who wish to explore the city, without the need for a car for their stay.



It has a lift, iron, internet access (WiFi), central heating and air conditioning, TV, plus extra ceiling ventilation.



The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, fryer, toaster and juicer.

- NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT AND NO PETS AND/OR ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED IN.

- SILENCE IS REQUIRED DURING THE NIGHT (FROM 10 PM TO 8 AM) FOR THE REST OF THE NEIGHBOURS AND COMMUNITY.

- ENTRY OF PERSONS OUTSIDE THE RESERVATION IS PROHIBITED, OR OVERFILLING THE ACCOMMODATION.

- HOLDING PARTIES OR PRIVATE EVENTS IN THE ACCOMMODATION IS PROHIBITED.

- ANY BREACH OF THE COMMUNITY RULES WILL LEAD TO IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE RESERVATION AND LOSS OF THE DEPOSIT AND NON-ENJOYABLE NIGHTS.

- THE POOL IS CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE DURING THE MONTHS OF JANUARY AND FEBRUARY.
