Nach einer kurzen Anmerkung bei der Verwaltung wegen eines defekten Duschkopfes hat sich der Eigentümer sofort darum gekümmert. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist ziemlich alles da was mann so braucht.
Leider ist die Wohnung etwas hellhörig so das man im im Schlafzimmer die Spühlmaschiene und das Tellerklappern der Nachbarn wahr nimmt als stünde man direkt daneben.

Lage top, Ortsteil Dorf fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar, Ortsteil Bad und der Deich gut erreichbar. Bushaltestellen in max fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, schöner Balkon. Kommunikation mit Twentyfive Coast war super
Für drei Personen war die Wohnung etwas zu klein, Schlafcouch für unser Kind, dadurch Wohnzimmer eher kaum noch nutzbar. Balkon zur Nachbarwohnung ist nur provisorisch abgetrennt. Insgesamt ist das Haus etwas hellhörig.
