Le Gouroùn’s south-facing terrace looks directly over natural green spaces and cross-country ski tracks. Set in Névache, the chalet is an inviting base for walking, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing, with amber woodwork lending the interior a pleasant vintage character.
The 60 m² accommodation sleeps up to 6 guests and forms the central part of a larger chalet across 3 levels. On the ground floor, the kitchen, dining area and living room with a wood-burning stove make a welcoming setting for meals and evenings together. There is also a barbecue, a balcony and a terrace for time outdoors. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The first floor has a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and another with 2 single beds, along with a shared bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. There is another separate toilet on the ground floor. The third bedroom is an attic room with 2 single beds.
Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine and parking are included. Pets may be accommodated on request. The departure cleaning is charged at €75, payable on site, and check-out is by 10:00.
A ski lift is approximately 350 m away and a lake around 3.7 km away, both measured in a straight line.

Nous venons depuis 2011 et nous sommes toujours super bien accueilli. C'était la première fois que nous venions dans ce chalet (le Gouroun) et il est super bien équipé côté cuisine et avec une vue sans vis à vis vers la montagne.
