This semi-detached cottage by the wall to west is located near the ski area. Through its south windows, you can admire below dozen of yards where the skiers can slide with more or less ease on the freshly groomed skiing tracks of the Clarée Nordic area.
In summer, as you are quietly installed on the terrace, life will flow by as clear as the Clarée river that winds some yards lower.

Entrance with airlock to protect from cold, main room with kitchenette, dining place and lounge with sofa bed1 place. Faced to south, sunny and bright.

Room with double bed 160* 190 and bathroom with bathtub.

A south oriented terrace by the mountain pasture side, with view of the surrounding peaks

l'Elva est un petit cocon à l’abri des regards avec les moineaux qui viennent réclamer les miettes ...
Bien conçu, il n’y manque rien tout comme les autres chalets.
Alors à l’année prochaine !! quoique les mélèzes dorés c’est bien tentant.
