The holiday apartment, lovingly and completely renovated in 2022, offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

The three-room holiday apartment is just a stone's throw from the Sauerland region or Winterberg and is located about 1000 meters from the start of the premium hiking trail "Schieferpfad".

Our holiday apartment can be well described as having "attention to detail" and invites you to linger in an upscale atmosphere.

We offer garden use, Wi-Fi, and parking facilities in front of the house.

Furthermore, the quiet yet centrally located position is a good reason to spend the best time of the year in the holiday apartment "Zum Schieferpfad". Conditions/Extras Payment is made in advance by bank transfer or cash upon arrival.

A deposit of 100 Euros will be charged after booking.

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost, and cancellations within 7 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator including freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and filter coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired.

The holiday apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a reading room.

The spacious bathroom completes the overall picture.

Please note that pets are not allowed.

You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the house free of charge. Conditions/Extras Arrival is possible between 2 PM and 6 PM.

Departure is possible until 11 AM.

Key handover will be done in person on site.

A local tourist tax of 1.70 Euros per person will be charged separately on site.
