The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 34 m² flat for rent in La Bresse, with a ski station within walking distance.
It can accommodate up to 5 people (ideally 2 adults and 3 children, as the bunk beds are not suitable for adults). Located on the 8th floor (with lift), it has a lovely 23 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a separate sleeping area, a shower room and a balcony.

The accommodation comprises - A 23 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area. - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - A separate sleeping area with a sliding door and a bunk bed that sleeps three.
The bunk beds are not suitable for adults but for children. - A shower room with shower and WC. Additional equipment: raclette machine, fondue machine, clotheshorse, hairdryer, etc. Outside: - An approximately 8 m² south-south-east-facing balcony to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in La Bresse, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. What to do : La Bresse, located in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for summer and winter sports.
The village has been awarded the "Famille Plus Montagne" label.
In summer and winter alike, the Vosges offers a multitude of activities and leisure pursuits: In summer : - Over 250 km of waymarked footpaths and 200 km of mountain bike trails, Forest walks and numerous lakes, Lispach, pike, carp, perch and trout fishing... - Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer sledging, trial... - Visits: confectionery, clog-making, Gérardmer (20 minutes away), Alsace villages and vineyards (Colmar 1 hour away). In winter : - Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas including La Bresse-Hohneck (5 minutes' walk from the flat), the largest ski area in the Vosges. - Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs). - Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic ski area: 50 km of runs for all levels, 40 km of snowshoe trails, international biathlon stadium, floodlit track, toboggan runs, ice rink. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park, with several unnumbered spaces. As for other means of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - A winter shuttle service to the ski slopes. - Nearest train station: Remiremont station, 40 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Metz Nancy Lorraine airport, 2 hours 04 minutes away by car. Other remarks: - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

Chouette petit appartement idéalement situé, à proximité de nombreux points d'intérêt. Espace des 3 lits 1 personne vraiment réduit, ne convient qu'aux petits enfants.
