The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - 27 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, filter coffee machine and dining table... - Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 3: three single beds - Bathroom with bath and WC Outside: - A beautiful south-west facing garden of 686 m², enclosed, with garden furniture available (table, chairs, deckchairs) - A 25 m² terrace, also facing south-west, to enjoy the fine weather For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. The house is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting, at the end of a cul-de-sac. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby. Thalasso or golf? Swimming or cycling? Restaurant or barbecue? Discovery or relaxation? The possibilities are endless.
At the mouth of "the prettiest river in France", the bay and its wide beach await you. Whether you prefer an active holiday or the relaxed lifestyle of a seaside resort on the Breton Riviera, which has been awarded the coveted "tourist resort" classification, it's up to you. Just 10 km from Quimper, Town of Art and History, the capital of King Gradlon, with its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1500 m of walls.
The neighbouring towns, all within a 25km radius, have a rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of Brittany's textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th-century walled town, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; and Le Guilvinec, France's leading small-scale fishing port. Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its turquoise lagoon. Beautiful house with great gardens front and back, drive to park car, within walking range of most of Benodet's attractions, very clean, near to large supermarket, beautifully decorated, very well equipped, sun loungers and bikes available to use in garage had we wanted, near to Tourist Information office.
