250 m from the sea, beautiful house completely renovated (on one level) with enclosed land comprising a direct entrance into the living room/lounge (corner sofa, TV cabinet with flat screen TV, large table, 12 chairs), fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher), shower room (double sink, shower, toilet and washing machine + storage) and a separate toilet.

Logement agréable , localisation parfaite.
Cependant la literie laisse à désirer et le tarif du forfait ménage est exorbitant compte tenu de l’état de propreté général du logement à l’état des lieux d’entrée .
2/3 petites améliorations pourraient être apportées afin de rendre le logement d’avantage...

Logement très agréable avec bcp d’espace! Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. La literie est bonne. L’emplacement est privilégié à quelques pas de la plage de la Parée et de la corniche. Les pistes cyclables sont au bout de la rue. Le logement est au calme.
