- Events are not allowed on the property.
- Thanks to the mild Canary Islands climate, we recommend storing all food in closed containers or in the fridge during your stay.
- As is common in rural areas of Fuerteventura during the warmer months, you might encounter some insects; since the house is on the ground floor and does not yet have mosquito screens (installation planned), electric mosquito repellents with plates are already provided and ready to use.
- The house has two fans and blackout curtains available on request.
- Air conditioning installation is also planned.

War soweit in Ordnung . Fernseher ging leider nicht . Aber es waren viele nützliche Hinterlassenschaften von anderen noch da wie Strandschorm, Sandschaufel , Gewürze, tolle Lage und tolle Sicht
