Beautiful finca with a pool for 6 people, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Portocolom, just 3 km from the beach.
The house is situated on a large plot of over 3,000 square meters with garden areas, a private pool, and a ping-pong table for younger guests.
We access the house through a spacious covered terrace equipped with a lovely dining table and a chill-out area that connects us to the dining room and kitchen.
The dining room is very large and filled with natural light thanks to its ample windows.
It includes a sofa facing the television, a large dining table, and a decorative piano (it is not tuned).
The kitchen is located next to the dining room and is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary kitchenware.
At the back of the house, we find a double bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with an extra-large bed, and a suite with an extra-large bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
The pool is located on one side of the house and features 6 sun loungers, an umbrella, a porch with a table, and a built-in barbecue.
