The non-smoking flat in a north-west location is located on the 2nd floor of the listed Ohlerich Speicher. The old harbour of Wismar, one of the most attractive places in the Hanseatic city, lies at your feet. From here, you can explore the city and the beautiful surrounding area. The Old Harbour is also a very popular venue for events and festivals.
The historic old town of Wismar is just a 10-minute walk away. Here you will find numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés, a colourful range of leisure activities and nightlife, sights and excursion destinations. The city on the Baltic Sea and its events, such as the Swedish festivals or the harbour days, attract over 500,000 visitors every year. The island of Poel is ideal for long walks on the beach. Here you can walk along the coast for hours in all weathers and let the wind blow through you. The Italian restaurant Rialto is located in the Ohlerich Speicher and the well-known TV chef Steffen Henssler runs one of his popular Ahoy restaurants in the immediate vicinity!
