The house is located in a quiet residential area in Trebur-Geinsheim.
The village is centrally located between the larger cities of Darmstadt, Mainz, Wiesbaden, and Frankfurt.
Shops and access to public transport are within walking distance, and a restaurant that we can highly recommend is about a 15-minute walk away. The 56 m2 apartment is located in the basement of a single-family home and is ideal for two people.
Children could sleep in the bunk beds in the bedroom or a third person could sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The vacation apartment includes its own parking space for the car. In the entrance area, there is a coat rack, from which you can directly access the well-equipped kitchen.
Here you can prepare small or large meals just like at home. Through a passageway, you reach the cozy and cheerfully furnished living and dining area.
Here you can enjoy your meals, relax, sit together, or stream programs via the Smart TV. Wi-Fi access is also included. The view from the kitchen and the living room looks directly onto the adjacent garden area, which belongs to the vacation apartment. The bedroom is furnished with a box spring bed (180x200cm) and bunk beds (each with a lying surface of 90x200cm). Bed linen is provided. The bathroom with a vanity, toilet, and shower is also adjacent to the hallway.
A hairdryer and towels are included. In the laundry room belonging to the house, a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board are available for your use. Pets can be brought along upon request and for an additional fee. Next to the house, there is a playground.
From the apartment, you can directly set off for walks in the nearby nature reserve or across the fields.

Das Haus liegt in der Nähe eines Naturschutzgebietes. Für lange Spaziergänge mit Hund war es ideal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort oder 5 km entfernt. Die Wohnung ist farbenfroh, hell und gemütlich.
