Our holiday flat is approx. 55 m² in size and can accommodate 2-4 people. Depending on room requirements, it can be rented for 2 or 3-4 people. When booking for 2 people, the flat is rented with 1 bedroom. If required, it can also be rented with 2 bedrooms - price on request! The flat includes a kitchen-cum-living room, a bathroom with shower, two separate bedrooms and a WC. There is also a sunny balcony, which can be accessed from both bedrooms.
The eat-in kitchen has a coffee machine and an electric cooker, as well as a radio and TV. The rooms are furnished with double beds. In the larger room, a couch can be converted into a bed for the 5th person.
Our house is a detached house with a holiday flat on the first floor.
It is situated in a very quiet and sunny location with a wonderful view of the mountains in Unken. 50 metres from our house, the ski bus runs twice a day in winter, and there are also cross-country ski trails, a swimming pool, cycling and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.
Our guests particularly appreciate the proximity to the surrounding cultural towns, such as Bad Reichenhall (15min), Salzburg (30min) and also the short distance to the neighbouring communities of Lofer (10min), St. Martin (15min) or Waidring (15min).
