The house is part of a two-family villa, each with its own enclosed outdoor spaces. Free internal parking. Recommended solution for families and groups, even with 4-legged friends in tow (there is a small supplement for sanitizing the accommodation for the presence of animals). The sea with its beach of fine golden sand is only one kilometer away (it can also be reached with a healthy walk or by bike).

The consumptions of water and gas are included; given the energy emergency, electricity consumption is included up to an appropriate limit, beyond which payment of the difference is required on the spot, as per the meter reading (reading will be provided at check in and check out)
