Die moderne Ausstattung und total bequeme weiche Betten.
Super schneller unkomplizierter online Check-In.
Dass das Personal sich nicht gut an der Gondel ausgekannt hat und uns einige Fehlinformationen zum Rodeln und Schlitten ausleihen gab.
Die viel zu kleinen Zimmer und Räume und der etwas zu kalte Pool für die Jahreszeit
