The apartment, a few steps from the sea and all primary services including bars, markets, tobacconists, evening strolls, is the ideal solution for those wishing to spend a beach holiday.

The first beaches are only 700 meters away, while the ancient village of the "beautiful city" characterized by the imposing Angevin Castle and the Cathedral of Sant'Agata is easily reachable within a short distance.

Bed linen and towels not included to be requested at the time of booking and to be paid locally with an additional supplement.

The consumptions of water and gas are included; given the energy emergency, electricity consumption is included up to an appropriate limit, beyond which payment of the difference is required on the spot, as per the meter reading (reading will be provided at check in and check out)

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the customer's request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required
- for check in after 8.30 pm and up to 10 pm an extra cost of € 30.00;

- for check in from 22:00 to 0:00 an extra cost of € 50.00;

- for check in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.


For early check out, at the request of the customer and after acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of € 30.00 is required
