Doppelhaus direkt am Badesee Aurich-Tannenhausen.Das modern und liebevoll eingerichtete Doppelhaus Nitschke - FeWo Watt bietet die Möglichkeit, im Herzen Ostfrieslands Ihren Urlaub zu genießen. Die Ferienwohnung in einer unserer beiden in 2022 neu gebauten Doppelhäusern liegt direkt am idyllischen Badesee in Aurich-Tannenhausen. Jede Doppelhaushälfte verfügt über ~60 m² Wohnfläche und bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen. Das offengestaltete Erdgeschoss mit Koch-/ Wohn- und Essbereich sowie die daran anschließende Terrasse mit direktem Seeblick laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei gemütliche Schlafzimmer und ein großes Tageslichtbad mit begehbarer Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Parkplatz für PKW ist direkt am Haus. Größere Familien dürfen gerne beide Doppelhaushälften zusammen reservieren.
