Villa Molletta is located in a strategic area of Punta Ala: only a 10-minute walk from the white beaches and 200 meters from amenities such as a supermarket, bakery, hot food counter, and delicatessen.
This is a partially renovated villa with a large private garden, ideal for up to 9 guests (5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) with parking space for 2 cars on the property, one of which is covered.
Access to the villa is through the front garden.
The villa is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious living room with a fireplace (functional), a dining area, and a large covered terrace for outdoor dining during their stay.
There is also a well-equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and a brand-new bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Additionally, there is a large storage room and a convenient outdoor laundry area.
From the living room, a beautiful staircase leads to the first floor, which features a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, the second completely renovated bathroom with a shower, and a solarium.
The outdoor amenities and garden are numerous and offer the opportunity to spend holidays in the open air in complete comfort: a two-level garden with a sunny area and a shaded area under two ancient pine trees, a built-in barbecue, a covered terrace with a table and chairs, a second dining area in the garden with a table and chairs, sun loungers, etc.
Villa Molletta is also equipped with a large 42” TV with Sky connection, WiFi, air conditioning in all bedrooms (except the bunk bed room), fans in other rooms, a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, pod coffee machine, kettle, and more.

Check in war unproblematisch, auch wenn wir uns noch mehr Infos zu den Möglichkeiten (Restaurants, Sehenswertes, etc) rund um Punta Ala gewünscht hätten! Das Haus erfüllt alle Erwartungen und hat eine tolle Lage. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Simona's villa is absolutely beautiful. It is very spacious inside, with lovely living spaces, and has all the amenities you could need. But it's the outside space that really makes it. So great for lounging by the pool and eating outside. It's close to the beach, and Simona was an excellent host, who responded quickly and gave us clear, easy instructions for arrival.
