Villa Molletta is located in a strategic area of Punta Ala: just a 10-minute walk from the white beaches and 200 meters from amenities such as a supermarket, bakery, hot food takeaway, and delicatessen.
It is a partially renovated villa with a large private garden, ideal for up to 9 guests (5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) with parking for 2 cars on the property, one of which is covered.
You enter the villa by crossing the front garden.
The villa is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious living room with a (working) fireplace, a dining area, and a large covered terrace for outdoor dining during your stay.
There is also a well-equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and a brand-new bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a large storage room and a convenient outdoor laundry area. A beautiful staircase from the living room leads to the first floor, which includes a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, the second completely renovated bathroom with a shower, and a solarium. The amenities outside and in the garden are numerous and allow for comfortable outdoor living: a split-level garden with a sunny area and a shaded area under two centuries-old pine trees, a built-in barbecue, a covered terrace with table and chairs, a second dining area in the garden with table and chairs, sun loungers... Villa Molletta is also equipped with a large 42” TV with Sky connection, WiFi, air conditioning in all bedrooms (except the bunk bed room), fans in other rooms, a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, pod coffee machine, kettle... The Villa is ideal for a large family, or even two families, and for those who desire spacious, well-kept indoor areas, a large garden, proximity to the sea and all essential services, in a location that allows quick access to all the wonders of Tuscany to visit. Throughout your stay, the MaremmaLink team is available to assist guests with any problems and to provide information on beaches, restaurants, shows, events, and things to see and do...
