This cosy Andalusian farmhouse, perfect for families and groups of up to 14 people, offers a unique experience of tranquillity and contact with nature. Located 11 km from Villanueva del Rosario, the accommodation is in a rural setting with spectacular mountain views and no light pollution, ideal for relaxing and contemplating starry skies 🌌. Access includes a comfortable tarmac road and the last 2 km by unpaved country road, easy to drive and safe.



The 310 m² property has 5 bedrooms, distributed between two floors and a separate bedroom with en-suite bathroom, ideal for couples with babies. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and another exterior bedroom with single bed and fixed cot, while on the upper floor, accessible by wide and safe stairs, there are two bedrooms with multiple single beds, perfect for children or teenagers 👶🛏️.



The interior features a spacious living room with fireplace for cosy family gatherings 🔥, and a separate kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, full utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer to make your meals easier.



Outdoors, the property offers a garden with outdoor furniture, table tennis, table football, darts, barbecue and a private fibreglass swimming pool (3x5 metres), perfect for relaxing and sunbathing under the trees 🌳☀️. It also has two interior patios: one at the entrance and the other accessible from the kitchen, ideal for picnics or barbecues with a covered area to protect from the sun or the humidity at night.



Located in a rural and safe area, the cortijo is close to essential services in Villanueva del Rosario, such as supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants 🍽️. Moreover, the location is strategic to visit places of cultural and natural interest nearby: The Alhambra of Granada (1h 10min), Sierra Nevada (1h 30min), Antequera and El Torcal (30-40 min), Laguna de Fuentepiedra for flamingo watching, as well as Malaga and its museums only 50 km away 🎨🌄.
