Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodation since 2005.
This cosy 97 m² flat, located on the first floor with lift, offers perfect space for up to 6 people in its 3 bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and the third has two single beds, all with windows to the outside and space for luggage storage. The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a medium-sized bathtub. 🛏️🛁
The spacious and bright living-dining room is perfect for sharing family moments, enjoying meals or relaxing watching television with internet connection for your favourite series. From here, you can access a separate kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances: fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and more, making it easy to prepare any meal. 🍳📺
Situated in an urban building with neighbours, it is recommended to respect the community rules to guarantee rest. Its location on an avenue with all kinds of local businesses -restaurants, cafés, supermarkets- makes day-to-day life comfortable and practical. Furthermore, it is only 15 metres from the bus station and very close to key points such as the historic centre of Alhaurín el Grande (1 km), golf courses, beaches, water parks and important cities such as Málaga and Marbella, all with easy road access.
Urban accommodation and 25 minutes from technology park and with good road access to different points of the province of Malaga.
