Accessed via an exterior staircase, the entrance leads to: a bright living/dining room with a fireplace insert (wood provided), a double sofa bed, a French window opening onto a terrace with a beautiful lake view, a very well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, 2 refrigerators, freezer, ceramic hob, upper and lower storage), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, two attic bedrooms with double beds/wardrobes, one of which opens onto a balcony with a beautiful lake view. On the garden level, a living room with a kitchenette (fridge, washing machine, ceramic hob), a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom/WC, all opening onto a large terrace.
