Overlooking the Velay, the hamlet of Bigorre and its thatched roofs seem like a timeless wonder.

You'll be welcomed into a page of local history. This former family farm adjoins the owner's second home, which is sometimes also rented as a gîte.

It has independent access and a private, demarcated but unfenced plot of land (1,000 m²), a shaded terrace, and parking. On-site, you can visit the thatched-roof village of Bigorre, as well as hiking, shopping, and outdoor activities in St-Front (7 km), Les Estables (12 km) (treetop adventure trails, pony trekking, dog trekking, mountain biking, and climbing), and the listed monuments of Le Puy-en-Velay (25 km). A daily market is available nearby.

Ground floor: living room with a kitchenette and a lounge with a fireplace (firewood provided free of charge). 1st floor: living room with TV and access to the exterior, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room with WC, sleeping area on the mezzanine (2 single beds 90x190 and 1 double bed). The only heating system is the fireplace in the living room. Kitchen linens are available (dish towels, hand towels). Electricity is charged at an additional cost based on usage. Bed and bath linens are optional. Pet friendly: €5 per night per pet. Upon arrival, a €250 deposit will be required (if no credit card imprint has been taken).
