Inside, the elevated and welcoming living area opens out onto a balcony with a table and chairs, ideal for an al fresco aperitif.
Back indoors, there is ample sofa seating and stylish armchairs, with a coffee table and a flat-screen TV.
The dining area has a table for 8 people and is next to the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen.
An induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and Nespresso machine are available for a carefree stay. The apartment is located on the third floor and offers a convenient lift. Additionally, in the building, guests can enjoy total relaxation with shared amenities that include a heated indoor swimming pool and a gym. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The cosy master bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2: The stylish double bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. During the summer months, the valley is full of fun activities: stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, climbing, tennis, golf and horse riding.
For the more adventurous, there are paragliding centres close by.
Children and adults will enjoy the trek through the forest to the Berard waterfall or the Grotte A Farinet cave.
All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, as Vallorcine railway station is just a 2-minute walk from the residence. The Swiss border is a four-minute drive from the village, and a minute beyond that is the Parc Vallée du Trient, with its breathtaking views and treks.
The famous Montreux Jazz Festival, on the shores of Lake Geneva, takes place in early July and is just 1 hour away.
Vallorcine has several restaurants and cafés which cater to various ages and budgets.
For self-catering, there is a weekly market (every Sunday morning) in Argentière (a 10-minute drive).
