The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. No prepayment will be charged. Please note that the prices do not include the visitors' tax. This is payable separately on arrival. Please note that the prices do not include the tourims tax. Should a tourism tax be required at the place where you are staying it is payable on arrival.

Information about the host
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich zentral und dennoch ruhig am Rande der Altstadt - direkt an der Fulda und am Fulda-Radweg R1. Nächster Fahrradverleih befindet sich ca.250m (Zweiradhaus Bischoff) entfernt. Die Erdgeschosswohnung eines Zwei-Familienhauses wurde im Dezember 2022 komplett saniert und verfügt über einen kombinierten Wohn- und Essbereich mit Küchenzeile, Sitzecke und Schlafsofa, einem separaten Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem schönen hellen Bad mit WC und Dusche. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für maximal 3 Personen. Aus Rücksicht auf Allergiker/innen sind in der Wohnung keine Haustiere gestattet.

Directions
Anreise per Auto: Von der Autobahn A7 Hannover-Frankfurt kommend nehmen Sie die Abfahrt Melsungen und biegen rechts ab auf die Bundesstraße Richtung Melsungen. Nach ca. 3 Kilometern erreichen Sie den Ortseingang Melsungen und bleiben auf der Hauptstraße bis zur großen Kreuzung. Dort fahren Sie gerade aus in die Obere und Untere Mauergasse. Am Ende der Straße biegen Sie rechts ab in die Straße Am Bitzen und erreichen nach ca. 200 Metern Ihr Ziel. Die Ferienwohnung Fuldaufer liegt auf der rechten Straßenseite. Vor der Ferienwohnung befindet sich ein eigens gekennzeichneter Parkplatz. Anreise per Bahn: Mit dem Cantus R5 (stündlich) bis Melsungen-Bahnhof oder der Regionalbahn RT5 (jede halbe Stunde) bis Bartenwetzerbrücke oder Melsungen- Bahnhof. Die Wohnung können Sie ab Bahnhof fußläufig über die Zwei-Pfennigbrücke in ca. 5 Minuten erreichen.

Description of the accommodation
"Charming living, relaxed enjoyment" A hallway with a cloakroom takes you to the newly renovated holiday apartment, where a combined living/dining area with a comfortable sofa bed, a large flat-screen TV, a well-equipped kitchenette and a small seating area awaits you. In the adjoining bedroom there is a comfortable double bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a comfortable armchair. There is space for another person on the sofa bed in the living room, so that the holiday apartment can accommodate a total of 3 people. A children's travel cot and a high chair are available for younger guests. The beautiful, bright bathroom with shower and toilet completes the offer. As an additional service, a Bluetooth box, free WiFi and the Alexa voice assistant are available. For guests with bicycles, a lockable storage space with charging option is available. There is also a picnic backpack for joint excursions. There is a seating area in the garden for relaxed summer evenings. The holiday apartment also has its own free parking space.
