This cozy 2-bedroom chalet offers a peaceful escape for up to 4 guests, making it ideal for families seeking nature and tranquility. Nestled in a vast estate of 100 hectares filled with chestnut and turkey oak forests, the home is perfect for scenic walks and complete relaxation. Constructed from original farm buildings like a barn and two sheepfolds, the stone-and-wood house enjoys full southern exposure with sweeping views. Though immersed in greenery, it's just a 15-minute walk, or a 5 km drive, from the town square. Major Tuscan destinations like Pistoia (29 km), Lucca (50 km), and Florence (60 km) are within easy reach. The sea (Marina di Vecchiano or Viareggio) is around 1.5 hours away by car, and Florence airport lies 60 km from the property. Inside, the home features a warm living/dining area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with bunk beds or single beds.
