The villa is on a hill, surrounded by greenery for complete relaxation. It is pleasant to walk around discovering the local vegetation and in a few minutes by car you can reach the nearby tourist resorts. Sperlonga and Itri at 8 km where you can find shops and all essential services.

The house is on the hillside. The use of a car is recommended for getting around the area . The railway station of Itri is 11 km away.
