If tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure.

This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage.

In the case of a preliminary inventory, the deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants' departure. Optional services to be paid for on site and reserved prior to your arrival: - Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: €10. - Bathroom linen/set per person/one week: €5. - End of stay cleaning for one-bedroom apartment: €55. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.

Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.
