The terrace, complete with an electric awning, offers a pleasant spot to spend time outdoors. Set on the garden level of the owners' house in Cambo-les-Bains, this 28 m² apartment sleeps 2.
The main room has a non-convertible sofa, a dining table and a TV. Its kitchen is equipped with dishes and cooking equipment for 2, plus an oven, microwave and dishwasher. Wi-Fi and a washing machine are also provided. The bedroom has a 140 x 190 cm double bed and a wardrobe; there is also a shower room, a separate WC and a storage room.
A museum is approximately 280 m away, a spa 640 m and a supermarket 860 m, all measured in a straight line. Public parking is 50 m away.
Bed linen and towels are not included and must be reserved when booking. Optional double-bed linen costs €20, and towels cost €8 per person per week. You are responsible for cleaning, or you can book departure cleaning before arrival for €44; optional services are payable on site.
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. There is no charging point for hybrid or electric vehicles; vehicles must not be charged at the accommodation, and electrical appliances must not be plugged in there. Check-in is from 16:00 to 17:00 and check-out is by 10:00. The departure inventory is carried out with the agency; a preliminary inventory takes place for departures on Sundays, public holidays or before 08:30. The security deposit is cancelled or returned after the keys are received, provided everything is in order.
