CAMBO LES BAINS, C163: On the garden level of a sunny villa, a fully renovated one-bedroom apartment (T1 bis) with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, TV, etc.), one bedroom (double bed) with en-suite shower room, a separate WC, a west-facing terrace, and a north-facing veranda.
Free parking 30 meters away.
WIFI INTERNET ACCESS - NO PETS ALLOWED - NO BICYCLE GARAGE Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have overlooked.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure.
This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage.
In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.
Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival: - Bed linen/set/per week: €10. - Towels/kit per person/per week: €5. - End-of-stay cleaning (T1 Bis): €44.

un joli appartement en rez- de jardin, assez lumineux avec sa baie vitrée et sa grande véranda couverte très pratique pour y stoker les affaires encombrantes. les propriétaires sont très aimables et ouvert à la discussion. un quartier très calme propre et facile pour se garer en face.
