CAMBO, C285: T2 city center: Charming, bright, and comfortable 'Gure Sekretua' apartment in a renovated old house, comprising 1 separate bedroom, 1 beautiful living/dining room (30m² with sofa) with a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, lovely view of the Nive River, and a partially sunny furnished terrace.
Public parking 150 meters away.
Shuttle stop in front of the apartment.
Twin bedroom: optional extra - contact the agency for pricing.
Internet access.
Small pets allowed.
No private parking: parking available in the lot behind the Mendi Berdea restaurant.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency).
The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is taken upon each departure (see article 1731 of the Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have overlooked.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure.
This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage.
In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.
Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival: - End-of-stay cleaning (2-room apartment): €55. - Bed linen (double bed): €20. - Bed linen (single bed): €15. - Towels/person/week: €8.
